1. Honest & Transparent Representation

  • We do not use misleading claims, fake testimonials, or exaggerated promises to promote BannerBuddy or any of our sister platforms.
  • Pricing, features, and limitations of our subscription/download plans (if any) are communicated clearly, with no hidden terms.
  • Any sponsored content, partnerships, or promotional tie-ins on our platform will be clearly disclosed.

2. Respecting Intellectual Property

  • All banner templates offered on BannerBuddy are either originally designed by our team or properly licensed for commercial redistribution.
  • We do not knowingly use copyrighted designs, logos, fonts, or stock imagery without appropriate licensing.
  • Users may not use BannerBuddy templates to infringe on third-party trademarks, impersonate other businesses, or create misleading financial promotions.

3. User Responsibility & Prohibited Use

Users are expected to use downloaded banners ethically and lawfully. This means:

  • Not using banners to make false, misleading, or unverifiable financial claims (e.g., guaranteed returns, fake certifications, or regulatory misrepresentation).
  • Not impersonating another individual, firm, or brand.
  • Complying with applicable advertising standards and financial regulatory guidelines (such as those from SEBI, ICAI, IRDAI, or other relevant bodies, as applicable to your profession) when using our banners for promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict access for users found to be misusing the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide our services (such as name, company details, and contact information used to personalize banners).
  • We do not sell personal user data to third parties.
